Decline FAPE is Changing: We are working to address these changes and therefore some have shown up as active on Reports.

eCSSS has moved its servers to the Cloud. Note: Users will not see any difference in their day-to-day activities.

eCSSS is moving its servers to the Cloud. On Friday, April 16th the eCSSS servers will go down at 10:00 pm and it will be down for 8 hours. During this time, Users will NOT have access to eCSSS. After the 8 hours, eCSSS will then be up and data will be restored. Users will not see any difference in their day-to-day activities.

IT HELP DESK

We have been notified that some HIDOE employees received emails regarding requests for conference participation for a student and that an assessment was being requested for a student. These emails were sent in error by the contractor for the electronic comprehensive student support system (eCSSS) as they were performing test processes in the testing environment.
