eCSSS is moving its servers to the Cloud. On Friday, April 16th the eCSSS servers will go down at 10:00 pm and it will be down for 8 hours. During this time, Users will NOT have access to eCSSS. After the 8 hours, eCSSS will then be up and data will be restored. Users will not see any difference in their day-to-day activities.
On Thursday, 4/8/2021, 11:00 am to 12:15 pm the IT Help Desk will be closed due to a mandatory meeting for the Office of Information Technology Services (OITS). We have been notified that some HIDOE employees received emails regarding requests for conference participation for a student and that an assessment was being requested for a student. These emails were sent in error by the contractor for the electronic comprehensive student support system (eCSSS) as they were performing test processes in the testing environment. When creating a new ST-11 Form please note the request will show school years in the following fashion. When Multiple Years are given make sure that you select the correct School Year. Example #1 No current year ST-11 Forms available the School year drop down will look like this. You will have to select the year you want the ST-11 to start. Today (12/1/2020), student records need to be updated/corrected by 6:00pm to allow our server to refresh and freeze the SY 2020-21 Child Count information. Service Logs have been updates to include items to help us track student and their progress. We now have documented the Location of Service down to the room number and Start time of service.
