PSPP Guidelines have been updated and approved for 2022, also included is an updated fillable form. NOTE that users now have an official place to upload these forms in eCSSS in Supports Tab the node is called PSPP. Users are asked to upload the Plan and Progress reports to the Supports Tab upon completions of the forms. Due to the inputting of Summer supports into eCSSS, the following changes will be made to the EOY/Start-of-Year schedule: 1) Schools can begin inputting for the new SY 2022-23 beginning July 25, 2022; and 2) eCSSS will auto-close supports* on June 30, 2022 and also July 22, 2022. As part of the eCSSS Modernization to Infinite Campus (IC) project, the following modules are no longer in eCSSS: Behavior/Chp 19, Restraints, ALPSS (fka PSSAS), GT, EL and ACCESS for EL test scores. The data for these modules is input into IC and is not fed back into eCSSS nor eEWS. Consequently, the applicable program data in eEWS is inaccurate and outdated. Update 4/01/2022 We have added the following options to indicate when a student has an additional diagnosis of deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind and visual impairment including blindness in situations where the student is eligible pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) under an eligibility category that is not the diagnosis. To document the diagnosis when completing an Eligibility Document in eCSSS, go to the Eligibility Decision tab in the Eligibility Determination section
If you do not see the OT Service Log changes you will need to clear the Browsing Data History and the changes will appear. See Screenshot: Locate the three dots on the upper righthand site of the screen and click on it Click the More-tools Click on Clear Browsing Data Once you have done this you should be able to see the added fields.
