eCSSS acting weird then it is time to Clear Browser History/Cache. This announcement will show you how to do that

Users have been reporting issues in the eCSSS application on their various computers.  One way to address this is to delete the search history on your browser the cache.  This will ensure that cookies that were saved by websites on the computer are obliterated.  We are recommending that users clear their browsers cache regularly and especially if you cannot launch a part of the system or you are seeing buttons not functioning, or text overlapping

Updates to IEP Documentation – Postsecondary Transition

Postsecondary Transition planning section on the IEP will be updated on October 17, 2022. Updates were made to the “Transition Services” and “Standards and Goals” tabs in the IEP module. REVISED: Deadlines to enter End-of-Year (EOY) data and Access Procedures

Due to the inputting of Summer supports into eCSSS, the following changes will be made to the EOY/Start-of-Year schedule: 1) Schools can begin inputting for the new SY 2022-23 beginning July 25, 2022; and 2) eCSSS will auto-close supports* on June 30, 2022 and also July 22, 2022. “New Procedures for Offering a FAPE for Eligible Students who have Withdrawn from School”

The new procedures for Offering FAPE to ensure that parent(s)/legal guardian(s) are notified of their child’s right to FAPE per the following conditions: An IEP meeting shall be conducted when a parent(s)/legal guardian(s) requests and IEP; and A reevaluation shall be conducted at least once every three (3) years in accordance with 34 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) § 300.303 through § 300.311 when a parent(s)/legal guardian(s) requests a reevaluation Directions for Documentation in eCSSS1.

eEWS will be deactivated on July 1, 2022.

As part of the eCSSS Modernization to Infinite Campus (IC) project, the following modules are no longer in eCSSS:  Behavior/Chp 19, Restraints, ALPSS (fka PSSAS), GT, EL and ACCESS for EL test scores.  The data for these modules is input into IC and is not fed back into eCSSS nor eEWS.
