Users have been reporting issues in the eCSSS application on their various computers. One way to address this is to delete the search history on your browser the cache. This will ensure that cookies that were saved by websites on the computer are obliterated. We are recommending that users clear their browsers cache regularly and especially if you cannot launch a part of the system or you are seeing buttons not functioning, or text overlapping
