Logs entered from the Service Log screen producing error upon save

Agencies utilizing the Service Log screen should hold off input for today, as they will be unable to save any logs entered. If you are non-agency provider, you can utilize the student profile route of entering service logs as an alternative for now. We have identified the issue and have a fix that should go during tonight’s maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Skilled Nursing Logs will now be entered using a new eCSSS App

ATTENTION: the skilled nurses will be using a newly designed eCSSS App to enter Skilled Nursing Service Logs. This app allows the nurses to record processes/procedures thatthey are performing while they are servicing the student. See attached to find out how to view these logs. Sandbox will be refreshed on Friday July 5

UPDATE 2: The Sandbox refresh has been completed and is available again for users. UPDATE: We are still in the process of updating user security. Some users may be unable to access test students outside of their school/district. We hope to have this addressed by the end of the week. Do not recreate service logs

Due to a recent update, there is a bug that is affecting draft IEP revisions created before 5/24 at 2am. Please do not to recreate the service logs. The logs were not deleted, but need to be repointed to the appropriate IEPs. We are currently working on a fix and hope to have one deployed within the next day or so. We apologize for any inconvenience, especially during this busy time of the school year.

Final ACCESS for ELLs file and exits

Final scores have been loaded and exits were processed. You may now print exit letters for those students who were made FEP. If any M(06) student did not get proficient scores on the ACCESS for ELLs assessment, a new (potential ELL) worksheet was generated in eCSSS. Please update the worksheet and place the student in an ELL program as appropriate.

Annual FAPE Letter Process for SY 18-19
