OT APP is up and ready to use Monday August 9 all OT services will be entered using the APP. On June 16, 2021, a memo to ensure that all schools are appropriately trained and have assigned duties to designated staff when responding to a student who is suspected of having special dietary needs was distributed to the field. The following document details the process Care Coordinators must do to document our student’s dietary accommodations.

The last day to edit EL worksheet data in eCSSS is Wednesday, June 23, 2021. After that day, schools will no longer be able to enter data for EL students into the eCSSS. Thereafter, eCSSS will be “view only” for schools. Beginning July 1, 2021, IC users will need to use the EL module of Infinite Campus SIS for the inputting of EL data.Please see the following memo for more information: English Learner Electronic Comprehensive Student
Final scores have been loaded and exits were processed. Schools can create and print exit letters for those students who were made FEP. Last day to create new letters is June 23, 2021.
